ADDITIONAL SERVICE INFORMATION

For our writers to know what to write about you will need to tell them what to write about. When submtting an order, please include the name(s) of the place(s) you wish them to write about.

When proceeding through the checkout phase of your order you will be asked to provide information about the article you wish to have written.

  • Please bear in mind that in order that our writers can produce content for your blog to a high standard, we set a minimum word count of 300 words as a minimum length for an article covering a single theme. If, for example, you wish to have a blog post written about “The history of Buckingham Palace” this can be covered in a single themed piece.

  • If you wish to have a longer piece written that contains multiple sections, then for each section please calculate 300 words per section. For example if you wished for a piece to be written entitled “5 family things to do in London” then you would need to provide us with the 5 places you wish to have covered in the post, and to estimate - for costngs purposes - that the total word count will be 5 x 300 words. IE a blog post of 1,500 words.

  • If you wish to have a longer piece written about a single topic simply indicate the titles of one section, in the order form, and total number of words to develop this article.

  • This service should not be used for subjective and specialised pieces or topical comment. These types of content are best handled locally by the hotel with a local journalist. Instead, this service is able to deliver content about local monuments and things to do or see where your hotel is based.


PAYMENT TERMS & WORKFLOW

  • When purchasing this product, please ensure that you select the correct total word count of your article, based on the number of sections you wish our writers to produce. A form is provided during the checkout process to allow you to do this.

  • Upon receipt of your order, our writers will begin creating your content.

  • Each article will be returned formatted, in an MSWORD document format.

  • Typically orders are returned to the Client, completed within 7 days, to the email address provided when placing the order.

  • Payments can be made electronically via our website, or in Euro’s via international bank-transfer.
